Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
At Shree Ram Crafts, every product is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail. We take great pride in the quality and uniqueness of our creations. However, in the rare event that you receive a product with an issue due to an error on our part, we are happy to assist you.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
We offer a 7-day return or replacement from the date of delivery only under the following conditions:
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- An incorrect product has been delivered
- An incorrect colour or size has been sent by us
Please Note
Returns or replacements will not be accepted for reasons related to:
- Personal preference
- Minor variations in colour, texture, size, or finish
As our products are handcrafted, slight variations are natural and are considered part of the uniqueness of handmade products, not defects.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) must be provided
Products that show signs of use, damage after delivery, or tampering will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
To request a return or replacement:
- Email us at shreeramcrafts2@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product
- Share:
- Your Order ID
- Clear images or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
- Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 working days
Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
Replacement Policy
- Replacements are subject to product availability
- If the same product is unavailable, you may choose:
- An alternative product, or
- A refund to the original payment method
Refund Policy
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection
- If approved:
- The refund will be processed to the original mode of payment
- Refunds are completed within 5–7 working days after inspection
Please note that processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products returned after 7 days from delivery
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer
Important Note
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in colour, size, or design are unavoidable and are not considered defects. These variations enhance the authenticity and charm of handmade creations.
